Who doesn’t want soft, clear, healthy skin? Well, what we put in our bodies will
eventually show on the outside, OUR SKIN.
Cut Back on Sweets
So the first thing you need to do is cut back on your sugar intake. Now I didn’t say cut out sugar, but you should wean off the false sugars from candy a sodas. The more natural sugars we get from fruits are what we should focus on consuming. By the way chocolate isn’t bad for you just eat more of the darker ones.Get the Right Vitamins
The next thing you need to do is spend some time in the sun or stack up on Vitamin D. Recent studies have shown that Vitamin D prevents many types of cancer. But remember, everything in moderation. We all know what staying too long in the sun can cause. Don't forget to put on sun screen though!Clean Carefully
Next you can try to clean out the bad unhealthy oils we consume by eating lots of fish and nuts. They both create clean oils that keep our hair shiny, our nails and teeth strong and our skin clear.
Try to find a facial cleanser that is right for you. But remember they must be
dermatologist
tested.
Drink lots of water. This
flushes out a lot of the bad sugars that harm our skin.
Exercise regularly, and make sure you wash your face after
you exercise. Finally, get lots of rest to keep your skin soft and looking
fresh.

The photo you used to depict sugar would make anyone have second thoughts about putting it in their body!
