Being Relaxed?
Ah! Finally home. Sometimes after a hard day at work we make all these plans for when we get home; like take a shower, sit back and relax. But when we do sit down we just can't relax. Is either we're on Facebook, Twitter, checking emails, or reading a book on our Tablet. It's time to toss the phone and tablet and switch to a good old paperback book. I'm sure this will better prepare you for relaxation!
