Are You Healthy?

Just how healthy are you? Do you know? Remember, our body is our temple and we must take care of it if we want to have a healthy life. With our busy lives we have little choice but to purchase meals and snacks sometimes.   But do we know what we're actually eating!
     
Choosing Healthy Foods

Let"s try and cut down on the processed foods and cook our food from 'scratch'. Process foods are generally bad for our health, they contain a lot of salt/sugar, preservatives and lost nutrients. 

Here's some tips when reading labels: The more ingredients on the label, the more processed that item is.  Yeah I know that fresh vegetables, fresh fruits, and seasonings can be expensive. But we cannot put a price on our health!
