Healthy Relaxation


Stressed!  Had a hard day at work and to top it off, TRAFFIC!   With our busy lives, work, family, school, sometimes it’s hard to find time for ourselves.    Well all you need is 10 minutes of ME TIME!   Go for a walk and leave the phone in the car or at home.    Or find a comfortable seat on the beach, a park or your living room.   Just breathe and relax.   Taking some time for yourself is a healthy way to really revive you and help you keep focused on what ever lies ahead.

  3. Thanks. Me time so important. If we aren't able to reflect peacefully and renew our mins stress will be a real daily'burden. Me time needs to be linked to having a talk with Jesus.Lord let me be anxious or stressed for nothing.
