  1. Thats the thing Val remember the older people use to over the vacation give their children senna pods to 'clean them out' and 'de-worm' them? people dont do that again. Cleansing is really important as the food we eating today is so full of unsafe ingredients etc. All the tisane de dubois and mother natures cleansing tablets. It does clean up the skin and make you feel really energised. Again plenty water too and fruits & veges helps. All the mucus and fat clogs up organs causing sickness cleansing is the key to a healthier body, mind and life.

    1. I'm glad you agree Brian. The only thing is people are so modernized these days some of them don't believe in an occasional purge. Apart from energizing you it helps you live longer plus cut down on your doctor bill.

    2. yes foods today arent food look at mcdonalds their food is man made it doesnt rot that was an experiment- after 6 mths the big mac did not change after being left on a shelf. people long ago use to live till 80's and beyond now people dying in their 40's.
