  1. All those ancient practices (chinese and indian) do work and worked for centuries without the side effects of today's medication. Those societies who use always have longer,healthier lives.

    1. They sure did live a longer, healthier life. In addition, life in itself was not so fast pace and high tech as it is today. The entire Earth was a cleaner, healthier place to live in.
